The staff greeted me by name. They found a box for my packing needs. breakfast offered a good selection of things to eat. the spa facilities felt special. it featured a pool, sauna and steam room, i loved it. the room was super clean. it was very good, we loved the decoration.
the tv on a national channel kept losing the connection, annoying.

the location is amazing. it is a walkable and safe area and a short distance from the eiffel tower. i appreciated the accessibility to local attractions, the area felt secure, which enhanced my stay.

the staff offered a warm welcome and assisted with local knowledge. nothing reminded me of too much trouble, and they were always available. their attentiveness enhanced the romantic atmosphere, i loved it so much.

the facilities were better than i anticipated. breakfast was amazing. the spa and bath amenities in the basement were excellent, it was so relaxing. it really contributed positively to my overall experience, i enjoyed them a lot.

the breakfast was acceptable.
The tv lost connection constantly on a national channel, so watching it was impossible. requesting my invoice took multiple tries. I kept having to ask for it. the soundproofing was substandard, so i heard a lot of noise.

I was impressed by the hotel staff's warm welcome and quick assistance. They booked a blow out for me despite language barriers. The front desk was very efficient! The rooms felt more spacious than typical ones.
I noticed a very limited selection for room service.

The European breakfast included bread, lox, cheese, pastries, fruit, yogurt, and juice. The coffee was AMAZING!!! There was high quality in the ingredients that stood out during the experience.

The location allows for easy walking distance to many iconic landmarks. The Eiffel Tower is one of them! Many restaurants are nearby including a Michelin starred restaurant a couple blocks away.
